Magical Words

We Muslims have a strange habit; we tend to remember Allah with full force whenever life comes hard on us.  Now during these times every person has a magic word that automatically comes to his mind or he practices it intentionally. all the individuals be it Muslims ,Christians or followers of any religion recite some prayer , dua or words when having any anxiety, fear, tension, frustration etc.  This is a very beautiful feeling when person submissively ask his Creator to come for his rescue and admits HIS power supreme over the rest. Well we’ll discuss this some other day, for now back to the magical words.
Now why am I calling them as magical words, maybe because that’s the effect of them over us. We utter them with such deep faith that the minute or instant they are out the Jennie will be out of the bottle and solve our issue with Allah’s Will. In actual these words are no magic but the faith and confidence with which they are said to their Lord. Allah always hears you whenever you only look towards HIM for help and not others. A lot of people tell you to recite this dua during this problem and that wazifa during that problem. But to me the conviction, the belief you put in your request is magical and not just the words. Here by no means I’m suggesting that one shudnt recite Quarnic verses and plainly states his request since the text and manner is always important J.
These magical words come as a gift of some instant solution to a problem and your reliance for rest of the life over them as a savior always. Or sometime out of habit you start reciting rehearsing them whenever you are in predicament. For some BisMiAllah are the words! For others AYat e karima ,Ayat ul Kursi and list goes on. For me the solution to my cryptic puzzle always is Darood Pak. I don’t know im which of the two above category whether the gifted one or the habitual one but yes these words always held the position of magical expression to me and to the situation of utterance.
I use to live in Hostel during my graduate studies where as a rule girls were not allowed to come late after maghrib. The guards were real strict and wouldn’t let you in so easily. Once I was being given a drop by a very dear friend and a wonderful person who is also running Pakistan Foundation Fighting Blindness and we were late then Magrib and I was tense. She told me some verses of Surah Baqarah then and believe you me, I was in the hostel with no issue at all. From then onwards if I ever got late or had a chance of getting late I used to recite those Ayahs and Darood Pak.TA DAAaaaa …no issue in entry J
An uncle of mine who is actually gifted with the magical words of BismiAllah once detailed them very beautifully that its like an emergency call to Allah. Allah is always with us but suddenly you are in a fix and only ask for help to Allah .you start calling him and after 15-20 mins he answers your call. We keep on calling HIM and recalling until HE picks and listens to the emergency call. How true!
I know my magical words and so do the others and for those of us who doesn’t please go find your rescue 911 magical dial. Happy finding and praying!!!
