Have you ever looked closely at the rippling sea? Waves come and go… touching kissing the sea banks and returning back to their journey... There are various seas and various beaches with different colors of water in all. But everywhere you see the same scene... ripples of the deep sea making their way to shore as perhaps they come to fuel themselves. REJUVENATE…!!!
This thought was so inspiring and opening for me. Where we go to revitalize and revivify our souls. What shall we do that our souls feel refreshed and right? The centre of humans no doubt revolve around the belief of Oneness of ALLAH , the far we are on this belief the longer our waves have to travel the journey to reach the bank to invigorate the souls. Lucky are the souls that find their way quick enough in their lives!! Came across some very beautiful verses from Holy Quran
“Ehl-e-iman to wohi hain jinke dil Allah ka zikr sun kr hil jate hain. Jab Allah ki ayaat inko sunai jati hain,to is se inka iman barh jata hai.Woh apne Rabb pr eitimad krte hain,Namaz qaim krte hain aur jo maal hum ne inko diya hai,is main se Hamari raah main kharch krte hain.Yahi log sachay momin hain.Inke liye Rabb k paas baray darjay hain aur maghfirat aur behtareen rizq hai”
(Surah AL-Anfal,Ayah 2-4)
a very beautiful anaolgy indeed and i partially agree too but what about the waves which die before they can reach any shore....despite putting in their best....they fail cause of the distance from which they started of and it was none of their fault that they started from far away......
ReplyDeletethan no doubt in the words of Quran but is it with in human capability to creat all those qualities if not there right from the outset....how many thing or charactraits one can change which are engraved as part of nature since birth....
dear shamyl thx for likin my blog sharing... as for the first part of question no human effort in Allah's way is ever wasted... waves might fail to reach but they never die they actualy becm part of biggr waves nd reach the shore
ReplyDeletethe second part nature is no doubt difficult to change but if u r comparin dis aspect with religious beliefs then as muslims we belive that our souls are long taught about the ONENESS of Allah before our bodies were created ... its already within us but Allah doesn't compel anyone to come to HIM but only those who like to surrender to HIM..
keep readin and sharin :)
seeing the issue with realistic approach , how many of us are ready to merge in bigger waves, meaning thereby surrendering the individuality and personal sense of acheivement and negating the ego.....its a gift by almighty and not all are blessed with it.....belief is one thing and reality of human nature and behavious is another...like u can take example of concept of ummah....much propogated but we dont see its practical implementation anywhere in islamic history, may be few years of hazrat umar farooqs tenure have some semblance with it.....
ReplyDelete.....second point that .....only to those who like to surrender....again where this liking for surrender comes from..again with personal effort...
thanks and stay blessed.....
